This course will comprise of a two week classroom course and a 4 week on-the-job training programme conducted in a live Merinos company owned showroom
Detailed specifications for architectural layout, fixtures and fittings, decoration and design, equipment and accessories the combination of which will form the Merinos Studio Showroom
Site selection research and viability criteria which will provide invaluable assistance in selecting the best location from which to operate a Merinos business unit
Assistance and training from the Merinos Franchisee support team in all aspects of the store opening including supervision of the recruitment, screening and selection process
A dedicated Merinos mentor who will be on site for the first two weeks of operation and will visit the showroom periodically to provide advice and guidance
