Thai-style suki adds an exciting new twist to the ‘Hot Pot’ dining experience – diners create their own suki masterpieces at their tables using Neosuki’s special soups and unique sauces that are the hallmark of Thai flavors and fragrances. 

Neo Suki Thai Restaurant Co. Ltd was established in 1999, offering "A New Choice of Fantastic Tastes" to suki enthusiasts. Neo Suki’s wider range of flavors includes Tomyum Sauce, Fermented Tofu Sauce, and of course the famous Neo Suki House Sauce. 

The slogan of "A New Choice of Fantastic Tastes" is to differentiate from ordinary Thai Suki. The flavour of traditional sauce is mild .Tomyum is more spicy and served with thai herbs. For children, Fermented Tofu flavour sauce would be a suitable choice. 

All sauces and suki products which are manufactured by our factory are certified by Thai Food and Drug Department, HALAL, GMP, Q, and also Thailand Brand which all absolutely can guarantee that our products reach high quality, cleanliness, hygiene, safe and healthy.

All sauces and suki products are produced by our Thailand factory and are certified by the Thai Food and Drug Administration. All products meet HALAL, GMP, Q, and Thailand Brand standards, guaranteeing our products reach your high expectations of quality, cleanliness, safety and health.

As a Neo Suki Franchisee, you will receive extensive training on launching and establishing a successful Neo Suki restaurant. All restaurants follow Neo Suki’s PSI-100% policy:

I = Image – creating an outstanding image to capture customer attention

Neo Suki began bringing its suki sauces to markets in mid-2003. Since then, they have been made available in most supermarkets in Thailand, such as TescoLotus, Big C, Tops Supermarket, the Mall, Jusco, and Siam Paragon. With modern machines and a hygienic environment in our factory, we can provide reliable, delicious suki products to international markets.

Investment Terms and Conditions

• Franchise Fee (Master Franchise only): 50,000 US$
  - 1st payment (paid on the day of signing contract): 50%
  - 2nd payment (paid on the opening day): 50%
• Marketing Fee: None
• Size of restaurant: 200- 400 sq. m
• Seats: 100-150
• Restaurant investment: 50,000-75,000 US$
• Periods of Contract: 10 Years

Fee

Franchise Fee is a format of co-benefit among members .The company has devised a system of management by steps as well as controls standard and quality, researches and development of new products useful to franchisee. The fee is set in 2 formats, Franchise fee and Royalty fee according to justice and business feasibility of concerned parties.

Initial Franchise Fee

It is the advanced payment by franchisee to acquire the right of owning business brands name or service under the agreed time and to include the following supports:

• Business area survey, Marketing Research (additional payment as appropriate)
• Controlling standard of office decoration according to policy
  Controlling technical system
• Hiring personal as required for the business
• Training in business operation
• Team work support 1-2 weeks after opening

Royalty Fee

Franchise must pay monthly fee at 5 % of the total monthly sale.

Franchisee receives support from pay royalty fee as follows:

• Support and problem solving as occur during operation
• New product development for more income to franchisee
• Special discount for products and services to franchisee
