Franchisees Benefits

Following a contract signing, franchisees are eligible for a number of benefits, including supervisory support, problem solving assistance and general management support. In addition, franchisees will receive technical and office management training, as well as:

• Decoration and design support
• Public relations and advertising support – in line with API Net’s ongoing marketing strategy
• Onsite Support provided up to two weeks after branch opening
• Ongoing management and technical assistance for duration of the contract
• Discounts on all API Net products

Primary Requirements for Franchisees

API Net Co., Ltd. offers two franchise programs aimed at meeting the various demands of Franchisees, namely: ‘Master Franchise’ and ‘Individual Franchise’ – either an independent branch package or a startup package to begin a franchise network.

Investment Terms and Conditions

Investment capital is from 500,000 to 4 million baht, depending on equipment, decoration and the type of branch. Franchisees are required to make an ‘Initial Franchise Fee’ payment, followed by the setup period during which staff are hired and trained, and a pre-launch advertising campaign is held.

After opening for business, franchisees must pay a monthly Royalty Fee at 5% of gross sales. In return, franchisees continue to receive first-rate technical, managerial and marketing support.
