How Can I Receive Franchise Company UFOCs?
Q. How can I get UFOC's of franchise companies?
A. Franchise.com has set a policy not to sell UFOCs. While these are public documents, many of our franchise clients, consider the information contained within to be proprietary. There are other companies, which do sell UFOCs to the general public. They are available for purchase from the registration states (if the company has registered in that state). Otherwise, Franchise Help and FranData provide this service. If a franchisor is using Franchise.com's Franchise E-Disclosure service, and if you request to receive their UFOC, then at the company's discretion, they can send you their disclosure document electronically.
